Office of Student Activities

The Office of Student Activities and Engagement provides a variety of out-of-the-classroom opportunities and experiences for students to become actively engaged in their campus, local, national, and global communities.

The department's staff works closely with student clubs and organizations to provide leadership and support.  The staff are also responsible for:

  • Offering discounted movie tickets to Richland Cinemas ($5 for students, $6 for faculty and staff).
  • Managing student clubs and organizations:
    • provide resources and assistance to advisors and student leaders
    • register all student fundraisers and social events
  • Coordinating the Activities Fairs at the beginning of each semester, and Student Organization Awards program each April
  • Advising of Programming Board to provide coordination for major campus events and activities such as Homecoming and Family Weekend and Welcome Week/New Student Orientation.!
