First-Year Residence Halls

All first-year students are housed in one of the five residence halls. These facilities are designed to maximize student interaction and to promote group activities.

The living accommodations are designed in a two-room suite arrangement; each room has a private vanity and an adjoining bathroom, shared by both rooms. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bathrooms. Each room comes with a microwave/refrigerator unit.

The halls feature:

  • study areas
  • recreation room with a TV, pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball table
  • large lobby area with a working fireplace
  • laundry room in the basement

Laurel, Maple, and Oak Halls feature commuter rooms for the convenience of first-year students who don't live on campus.
