At the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown we want our admissions process to reflect the educational environment and personal dimension of the institution. Admission is competitive, but is not based solely on a minimum test score or grade average.
The University of Pittsburgh practices rolling admission, which means that a school does not hold to a specific deadline by which applicants must apply. Applicants are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Space does vary from school to school or program to program, and term to term. Students are notified of their admission status after all required credentials have been received.
1.) Complete all appropriate sections of the application for admission. Please note that certain items require you to refer to the codes listed in the instructions. Please complete the entire form.
2.) Request that your high school forward a complete high school transcript to the Pitt-Johnstown Office of Admissions. If you have earned a High School Equivalency Certificate, please supply an official record of the results.
3.) If you are a transfer applicant, you must submit, in addition to your official high school transcript, official transcripts from ALL colleges or universities that you have attended.
4.) Please sign and date the application form. Forward all materials to:
